Florina Firaru heads the Intellectual Property practice at NNDKP. She has over 17 years of professional experience in the intellectual property field. She specializes in intellectual property matters, with specific focus on trademark rights, patent rights and utility models, design rights, copyright and related rights and domain names, in all stages and proceedings, from filing through to maintenance and enforcement, for both national and international clients. Her expertise also includes unfair competition, consumer protection, advertising, and e-commerce matters.

Florina is a long-standing member of the Romanian Chamber of Patent Attorneys (CNCPIR) and an authorised Trademark and Design Attorney and Patent Attorney.

Her extensive IP expertise and work in the field has earned her recognition from leading international publications.
