Rubik Hub—powered by the North-East Regional Development Agency—exists to inspire, educate, and accelerate startups from their earliest stages to global success.

We focus on tech startups from Central and Eastern Europe with global ambitions, offering a suite of equity-free programs that guide founders through every stage of growth—from idea validation to securing investment and international expansion.

Our tailored startup journey includes five core programs: Rubik Start, RubikEDU, Rubik Garage, Rubik Scale, and Ready to Raise. Each is designed to provide the right support at the right time, through expert mentorship, resources, and hands-on guidance.

Backed by a vibrant community of 250+ mentors, we’ve supported over 300 startups, with 35+ successfully raising over €55 million to date.
